The technicians treated me like I was stupid and did not believe that there was an issue with my car, even after showing them videos and pictures of my car having issues. One of the technicians even admitted that the Chevy tracks was having issues and still did not believe me.

Service was quick and the people at the service desk are always friendly and willing to answer any questions.

The lady working the desk in the service department/garage was very nice and professional, so that is why I am putting 2 stars. Other than my interaction with her, I would give it 1 star. I was quoted $5k worth of service to be done and not a single person there explained anything on the paper of what was needed. Extremely disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend and will never return due to that.

The buying experience was excellent. Mark Myers is a tough nut to crack, and I gave it my all, but he's just too darned smart for me. Seriously, he's a wonderful man and very easy to work with.

I thought the wait was a bit long—2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. But the waiting room was nice, people were friendly. Only one more problem. The day after I was there, my light about “low air” on a tire warned me. I’m going in today to have it filled, but why now after everything was checked?? Disappointing.

A simple oil change should not take an hour plus to complete

Dealership was Unable to replicate the noise the car is making after having the car for nearly 1 week. I have heard the noise almost daily since I picked it up on 9/2/25. I sent a follow up text but got no reply.

good day, nice enough experience. the long wait wasn’t great. But more importantly, the waiting room is sparsely appointed, all artificial light (and one of the lights was out which only gloomed up the room that much more. With so much warm happy natural light streaming into the windows of the sales floor, this was a depressing place to be parked for 3 hours. Ugh. Make it nicer in there and you’ll have much happier guests

I had an appointment set for 930. When I arrived I was told there were 3 vehicles ahead of me. When an appointment is made for an oil change, I dont feel as though I should have to wait an hour and a half.

My headlight problem was never fixed. I had to schedule another appointment for the same issue.

Always nice and polite, they check me in right away and service my car in a timely manner. Appointments are very easy to set online and confirm. Extremely satisfied with the service I receive.

I do not believe that the Automatic Emergency Braking is working on my vehicle and the Dealership tells me that it cannot be tested. I have never heard of such. There has to be a way to test it.

I have purchased several vehicles from Coughlin and have always had a good experience. This week's experience in getting my oil change was horrible. I will likely never come back there for an oil change again. Why: -I take in my new truck that I bought at the same location as I am getting my oil changed. -I am asked what is my email address. WHY?? How do you not have that one file? I have serviced this truck before. I have purchased several vehicles there. I get emails ALL the time from you - which is actually how I bought this truck. How do you not have my email? -I am asked about my address. It is my address from 4 homes ago. 6 vehicles ago. Again, look at the address I used when I bought the truck, I am servicing. Why is this address still in the system?? -At this point I am concerned about what is going on. -Next I get a "text" telling me two items need immediate attention - I assume you no longer care about a personal touch. I try and "click" on those items but nothing shows up. -The service manager shows up - I ask him what I am supposed to do with this text - he tells me he doesn't know anything about that side of the system. THEN WHY SEND ME A TEXT!!!! -SO we have to go to his computer for him to see what is wrong. -He tells me I need DEF. -I ask him how much. He tells me $16. -I ask him if that fills it up. He doesn't know. Has to call someone else. They tell him it is $16 a gallon. Which makes no sense because I have never seen DEF come in anything except 2.5 gallon jugs. -So I ask him how much to fill it up - he doesn't know. Which all he had to do is look at my dash and it would have told him how much. -He is supposed to be a CONTENT EXPERT for your service department. He know nothing and made me feel put out that I was even in there getting my truck serviced. -I told him FINE - I would go to TSC and buy the DEF myself - which I did. -Had he knew his products, systems and had a positive attitude you would have received MORE business.

Service was done in a timely manner. Disappointed that no written information was provided about how the items checked during the 15,000-mile inspection looked. Such as how the condition of my tires looked.

I called and got appiontment for oil and filter change when they were finished they had done tire rotation and tried to charge me for it . They said they would adjust the bill which was still to high.

they got my truck in and changed the oil in about one hour, I was pleased

We came with an idea, and she showed us a much nicer option and walked us through everything, making sure we understood everything. I was in for an oil chg, tire rotation and 2 new wiper blades. I brought the truck in at 11:30 and left the building @2:20 !!!! That’s a long time. When checking out I asked about air pressure in tires and that when they were checked…..

Robert took care of my tire need quickly and efficiently!! I had a screw in the sidewall at the edge of the tread which cannot be plugged safely!! He recomended a new tire and had it put on in record time!! I truly appreciate Robert for taking such great care of my needs!! He will be my Chevy guy from here on!! Thank you Robert, you are a very caring gentleman!!

Came into the shop with a rattle & after 5 hrs. they said they found the problem & it had to do with the exhaust system & said it was a cracked pipe & replaced it charging me $647,00 but on the way home still could hear the rattle so they didn't fix the problem - I am not impressed at all.

My experience was great until I brought my vehicle back to get the Simonz coating applied. I pointed out a few scratches to my salesman and he assured me that the Detail shop would buff those scratches out. When he called me to inform me that my vehicle is ready I asked him did they get the scratches out and he said yes all gone when I picked my vehicle up the scratches were still there,then he told me that the detail shop couldn’t get them out. I have since took my truck somewhere else and had the scratched buffed out so that was just a blatant lie. He told me that they were out and then said they couldn’t get them out. I spent $58,000 on that truck and that’s how I get treated at the end after the purchase is made. Unbelievable.

Very nice and helpful

Well it took about 8 weeks, I know not all was the fault there waiting on warrenty but once’s parts was gotten was told 4 days and it took almost 10 days. Very little communication unless I asked what was going on. Will not be back.

The team at Coughlin, Marysville worked with me in finding the right truck. I have looked for two months and Coughlin went the extra mile to offer me the right truck, for the right price. From finding the truck to the signing of the documents they were top shelf!

I was checked in for my appointment in a very friendly and efficient manner. The oil change and tire rotation was done in an expedient fashion and total time at the shop was significantly less time than I expected. It would have earned 5 stars were it not for attempting to convince me that an engine air filter needed replacing when there was just under 50% of the filter life remaining. THAT really upsets me and me question all recommendations for service in the future

Everyone is always so nice. The service is always outstanding.

I got home and realized my fluids weren’t topped off and tires were not rotated like I was billed for I called and they said the technician didn’t do it after reviewing cameras. How many other people aren’t noticing this really bad dangerous business your running it’s not the bill and your not doing the work. I’ll never be back Honda it is.

An appointment was made for 8:45 am, but my vehicle was not started until sometime between 1-2 pm. When we asked what the hold up was we were told we should have made an even earlier appointment if we wanted the service to be done sooner. 8:45 am is late? You open at 8am. What’s the point of making an appointment if it isn’t going to make a difference? This is the 2nd time this has happened to me and I’ve only been here twice. Saddest dealership experience I’ve ever had.

I appreciate the honesty and sincerity of both the tech and service writer. I thought the tire pricing a bit high, so opted to forgo them for now.

Service site did not provide enough options for type of service needed so I added to comment field. Service representative did not look in correctly comment section before I arrived so had to remind him. Also, sent a text to him for some additional service based on initial vehicle inspection. Service rep did not acknowledge the message so did not perform service. Service rep did honor rates estimated last year for brakes/rotors.

Zero communication about anything going on. I thought having an appointment with an easy job it would be done in a reasonable amount of time. Nope. I was without my only vehicle for 4 days. No courtesy vehicle or rental was offered. The job I asked to have done was done but it should’ve been about an hour long job with proper equipment. Maybe 2 hours tops.

Walked into to service area, took a look at my car right away and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently.

The price gouging for replacing wiper blades, air filters, and engine air filters is absurd. Especially for the cost of installation when a YouTube video saves you $40. The service department advertises a 27 point inspection yet only conducted a 24 point inspection. When asked, they didn't know how to answer.

Once again you didn't fix the problem. Still having the same CEL alert which is impressive since I specifically told you what tire the issue was with yet you "repaired" a different one. You also threw away my KN drop in, reusable air filter without checking with me because the fleet company had you replace the air filter. Honestly, I have taken my Chevy to you 3-4 times or more and not once have you repaired anything or found any "issues" that I called out. It's actually impressive, not in a good way. I wouldn't recommend your service department to my worst enemy.

I was quoted a price and when I go to pick the truck up there was added charges. Parts charge shop supplies which I should have been notified up front of those charges. I specifically asked for that when I dropped it off

I was told the code was cleared and it was not. The root cause was a bad battery at which point should have been checked twice.

I was quick and out! Much appreciated. But I asked for a check on brakes and when checking out I asked how the brakes out. Response was,” I guess they’re ok because the tech didn’t say anything”. Don’t you give a piece of paper how everything checked? Tire tread left, washer fluid topped off, etc. I like that kind of report especially something I specifically asked to be checked.

Service was quick and the waiting area was nice with a good selection of Keurig pods for your flavor of drink.

Service personnel were courteous and helpful. I had to call them to get the results of the problem with vehicle. Cost estimate was not in line with our research of G M dealerships in this area!!! A 10% shop fee is ridiculous when it was only a diagnostic service appointment when no shop supplies would have been used!!

I brought the Encore in for standard maintenance, tire rotation, and an oil change. When I was about to leave, the check engine light was on. I stopped and mentioned that the light was on; it had not been on prior to pulling in. They agreed, and quickly had a tech come on, review the car's diagnostics, and indicate that it was most likely due to the oil change. To confirm this, they took the car on a short trip, during which the car behaved normally and the engine light remained off. They did this expeditiously and professionally. This team is the reason I drive much farther to this dealership than to one a few moments away. They provide an excellent experience in all regards.

The Service department is always courteous and informative about the service your car will be getting, dealership is always clean. I wouldn't want to take my car anywhere else.

I'd rather not get into it again. I have already expressed my displeasure about my interior after service was completed.

Took a long time. My issue with the shifter is NOT fixed. I have never heard of needing new rear pads and rotors after 36k miles. Front brakes were fine, but I needed pads AND rotors is weird.

Great scheduling and service

It took 3 trips and HOURS of my time to fix the problem. The first time, nothing was even checked. The mechanic said it was just throwing a code and reset it. The second time they found the problem and said it would be a 4 hour job to fix. Finally got it fixed the 3rd time, but took 8 hours and didn't even get started until 5 hours after I dropped it off.

Good service. Was very detailed in the service they did to my car. And on what other things I needed to address.

Charged for an inspection but the inspection report says not inspected for every point except the tire pressure. Tire pressure is visible from the display so not helpful.
